1. About VPR Management Services Ltd?
VPR Management Services Ltd (VPR) is a Mauritius based company founded in 2024 and it provides training/tuitions both locally and internationally for the New Zealand Law and Practice Examination.
2. What is the New Zealand Law and Practice Examination?
The New Zealand Law and Practice Examination (NZLPE) is the conversion course required to be completed to the satisfaction of the Council of Legal Education of New Zealand before taking the bar exams.
3. How does VPR assist you in the NZLPE?
VPR provides for online tuitions to students locally and internationally for the NZLPE. The tuition covers all the 6 Parts of the NZLPE:
Part I-The New Zealand Legal System
Part II-Law of Contract
Part III- Criminal Law
Part IV- Property
Part V- Law of Torts
Part VI- Equity
The tuitions are:

4. Can a student take tuitions for all the 6 Parts?
Yes. Students can choose to take tuitions for all the 6 Parts of part thereof, as per their choice.
5. How are the tuitions conducted?
Tuitions are provided online via Zoom or Google meet, whichever is more accessible to students.
Time of tuition will be after working hours (depending on time zones) and will be fixed to accommodate to students' needs. Typically, it could vary between 4pm to 7pm, starting time (Mauritius time).
6. As a student, what should I expect from the tuitions?
Online tuitions comprise of:
Unit by unit lecture and tutorial
Unit by unit lecture notes
Past NZLPE exam papers discussion and practice
The tuitions offer an individualised approach and advocates an open environment, encouraging students to participate in the online classroom, ask questions and provide suggestions, as may be applicable. VPR provides encouraging and empowering support by helping students to understand how to solve problems on their own.
If there is a need for individualised session or even face to face interaction, we can arrange for that, depending on the student's requirement. The idea and spirit of VPR is to assist students in the journey to the best of its abilities.
7. When do tuitions start?
The NZLPE is run twice yearly i.e. in July and in November.
For July sitting, tuitions are conducted from Feb-May.
For November sitting, tuitions are conducted from June to October.
Tuitions run over 15 sessions with the possibility of conducting additional 2-3 revision sessions and crash course to help students further for exams.
8. How quickly can I complete my course?
The NZLPE comprises of 6 modules for which examination are to be undertaken and completed to the satisfaction of the Council. It is not time barred. Once the exams are completed, the NZLPE is deemed achieved and a completion certificate is issued to the student. The latter may then move to the next step, which is the Professional Legal Studies course.
